This position offers an opportunity for a UX Designer with active SC Clearance to make an impact at a leading digital consultancy, specializing in Cloud & Digital Transformations across sectors including utilities, telecoms, energy, and the public sector. You will champion inclusive design practices throughout project lifecycles, ensuring solutions are accessible to a diverse user base. Responsibilities include engaging in user research, applying accessibility standards and legislation, and advocating for inclusive design principles in your deliverables.

Remote work with occasional visits to clients in London, Manchester, or Glasgow.

Requirements:

• Active SC Clearance is mandatory
• Experience with GDS service standards and design principles
• Knowledge of accessibility standards like WCAG
• Proficiency with design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, Invision Studio, Axure, etc.
• Ability to create personas, service maps, wireframes, and prototypes
• Experience in rapid paper and digital prototyping
• Ability to analyze HTML and CSS for accessibility issues

Preferred qualifications:

• Accessibility certifications (CPACC, WAS, CPWA) or working towards them
• Experience testing assistive technologies like JAWS, Dragon, ZoomText on Windows and macOS
