Job summary

As a design lead, you will manage third‑party agencies, providing briefs, reviews and sign‑offs, and help define future resource needs. You will advocate user‑centred design at every level of the business.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in digital UX and design.
• Portfolio demonstrating outstanding user-centred design solutions.

Responsibilities

• Become the authority on the design of digital customer experiences across client brands.
• Create sketches, prototypes, wireframes and designs to support projects from website/app optimisation to new digital channels.
• Manage design agencies, review and sign off on design output, ensuring WCAG accessibility where relevant.
• Review analytics and customer insights to identify UX solutions that meet business goals.
• Support brand design guidelines for consistency across digital channels.
• Forecast future trends to inform forward-thinking UX strategies.
