Job summary

Lloyds Banking Group invites applications for a UX Designer Apprenticeship based in Leeds. This four-year programme combines classroom learning with hands-on work in the People Experience & Platform team to shape digital products and services for thousands of colleagues.

You will pursue a fully funded BSc (Hons) in Digital User Experience with Manchester Metropolitan University while contributing to live projects from day one. The role offers hybrid working and a structured progression.

Qualifications

• Be aged 18 or over on 1st Sept 2027
• GCSEs at grade 4–9 in Maths and English (achieved)
• Minimum of 104 UCAS points (can be predicted; offers conditional on achievement)

Responsibilities

• Design intuitive digital products that solve problems.
• Work with designers, product teams and stakeholders.
• Turn data and insight into sharper design decisions.
• Collaborate across hiring, onboarding and performance processes.
