Job summary

Capgemini is offering a Customer Experience and Digital Design - UX Degree Apprenticeship for 2027 in Telford. You’ll earn a salary while studying toward a fully funded degree with Manchester Metropolitan University and apply learning in real projects from day one.

You’ll gain hands-on UX experience across websites, apps and digital services, working with a supportive team to understand users, design intuitive interactions, and collaborate on client projects while developing your personal brand

Qualifications

• 7 GCSEs A*-C including Maths and English (4-9) or equivalent
• 3 A*-C A-Levels across the 3 A-Levels (NOTE: AS Levels are not included)
• Completed a L3 Apprenticeship with relevant UX work experience in the industry
• BTEC (Merit, Distinction, Distinction minimum)

Responsibilities

• Contribute to designing and improving digital user experiences
• Learn how to understand user needs and behaviours
• Work collaboratively with others to create effective solutions
• During your apprenticeship, gain hands-on experience across different areas of UX
