Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional experience creating content for digital products.
• Experience in financial services or regulated industry preferred.
• Experience with sign-off governance and change control process.
• Advocate for accessible and inclusive content in UX.
• Experience with design tools (Figma, prototyping tools).
• Strong communication to influence stakeholders and strategy.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Team player who can work independently or in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with iOS/Android content on mobile platforms.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Write impactful, simple content to support user journeys across channels (web, app, email, SMS, letters).
• Understand user needs and define the business problems to solve.
• Use analytics and feedback to inform content decisions.
• Governance of materials with sign-offs and traceability.
• Work within an Agile framework and build stakeholder relationships.
• Create prototypes to visualize content in context for testing.
• Champion accessibility at all stages and establish content patterns.
