Job summary

Dalcour Maclaren in the United Kingdom is seeking a Utility Surveyor to undertake utility surveying and mapping projects in accordance with PAS128 standards. You will use EML, GPR and GNSS to identify, trace, locate and capture underground utilities for diverse clients, delivering accurate data and reports.

The role requires manhole and chamber surveys, data processing to DM standards, and close collaboration with teams on-site while maintaining equipment and safety procedures.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of PAS128:2022 utility surveying standards.
• Proficiency with EML, GPR and GNSS technologies.
• Ability to complete survey data processing and deliverables.
• Strong technical, communication and client-facing skills.

Responsibilities

• Undertake utility surveying and mapping projects to PAS128 standards.
• Identify, trace, locate and capture underground utilities.
• Carry out manhole inspections and chamber surveys.
• Complete utility surveys to PAS128:2022 and DM standards.
• Capture, manage and process survey data per required standards.
• Maintain survey equipment and ensure calibration and fit-for-purpose condition.
• Liaise with colleagues, clients and stakeholders on site.
