The Opportunity
We are seeking a knowledgeable and experienced Utility Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in utility searches, procurement of new utility connections and utility diversions, site investigation, and utility drawings. The ideal candidate will have between 2 years and 5 years of experience as a minimum.
You will be involved at various stages of a project, from pre-acquisition and looking at land for new build, regeneration or infrastructure projects and need to understand the potential utility constraints and costs, through to concept and detailed design, and utility procurement and obtaining costs for utility connections and diversions.
Project work will be varied, and there will be a strong focus on renewable energy, infrastructure and residential schemes as well as other commercial development projects. Project work will be within Wales and the Southwest as well as further afield across the UK.
