The Opportunity
We are seeking a knowledgeable and experienced Utility Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in utility searches, procurement of new utility connections and utility diversions, site investigation, and utility drawings. The candidate should have between 2 and 5 years of relevant experience.
You will be involved at various stages of a project, from pre-acquisition land assessments for new build, regeneration, or infrastructure projects to understanding potential utility constraints and costs, through to concept and detailed design, utility procurement, and obtaining costs for utility connections and diversions.
Project work will be varied, with a strong focus on renewable energy, infrastructure, residential schemes, and other commercial developments, primarily within Wales and the Southwest, but also across the UK.
