Job summary

Network Plus group is seeking an Utilities Planner in Worsley to serve as the key contact before works for the operations team. You will own the planning and streetworks aspects, ensuring works commence on site in line with push plans and requested dates, while complying with NRSWA and minimising financial impact to the company.

Role involves coordinating workstreams, scheduling orders, and maintaining accurate information in works management systems, with a focus on safety and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Experience in utilities planning or coordination.
• Ability to prioritise workload and multi-task under tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication and attention to detail.
• Logical mind and problem-solving ability.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of the workstreams, coordinating the work from receipt to completion.
• Schedule work orders in accordance with SLA’s, optimiser routes and productivity.
• Identify noticing issues and ensure information from inspections is handled to minimise invoicing challenges.
• Maintain timely input and uploading of information into works management systems.
• Ensure client and operational requirements are met professionally.
• Provide daily and weekly reports to meet service levels and objectives.
• Contribute solutions and embrace change within the team.
• Report safety issues in line with company procedures.
