• Experience in utilities planning or coordination roles.
• Experience with Streetworks is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage planning workstreams from receipt to completion.
• Schedule work orders in line with SLAs and optimise routes.
• Flag and resolve notices and ensure information flows to utilities and promoters.
• Ensure client and operational requirements are met professionally.
• Provide regular progress reports and KPI updates to stakeholders.
• Contribute constructive solutions and adapt to change.
