Network Plus is seeking a Utilities Planner in Worsley to act as the key contact before works for the operational team. You will own the planning and streetworks aspects, ensuring alignment with push plans and requested dates while complying with NRSWA, minimising financial impact for the company.

You will coordinate workstreams, schedule orders, identify issues early, and maintain accurate information in works management systems.

Qualifications

Experience in utilities planning or coordination role.
Experience in planning/coordinator activities in a project environment.
Ability to prioritise workload under tight deadlines.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
High attention to detail and accuracy.

Responsabilités

Take ownership of the workstreams, coordinating from receipt through to job completion.
Schedule work orders in line with SLAs, optimise travel routes and productivity.
Identify issues and apply early intervention to ensure timely information handling.
Input and upload information into works management systems accurately and escalate when needed.
Ensure client and operational requirements are met professionally.
Provide daily and weekly reports; meet service levels and objectives.
Contribute positive, innovative input and embrace change.
Report safety issues in line with company procedures.
