The role suits an experienced nurse or allied health professional seeking autonomous practice with funded training in Minor Injury & Minor Illness, Injury, Consultation & Assessment, and Non‑Medical Prescribing.

You will be part of the UTC team, support Front Door processes and care coordination, and follow a development plan to progress to Band 7

Qualifications

• Experienced nurse or allied health professional seeking autonomous practice.
• Training in Minor Injury & Minor Illness, Injury, Consultation & Assessment, and Non-Medical Prescribing will be provided.
• Development plan to progress to Band 7.

Responsibilities

• Embed learning within the UTC team and support Front Door processes.
• Develop and consolidate Adult and Paediatric nursing skills to become an autonomous Nurse Practitioner.
• Assist with Care at the Door and care coordination for patients.
