Job description

Role Title: Creative Technologist / User Experience Engineer

Location: London, UK (3 days onsite, 2 days WFH)

Responsibilities:

1. UX project planning and execution, including participating in or leading project meetings with stakeholders to provide technical input and inform project decisions on user experience development.
2. User experience engineering: Implement, develop, and update the user interface by developing and writing code.
3. Design implementation: Support or influence the user experience for a product by developing and iterating concepts, providing technical input, and engaging relevant stakeholders.
4. Creating artifacts for consensus building: Develop design documents and specifications to establish consensus among team members and stakeholders.
5. UX problem analysis: Identify and analyze potential user experience and technical issues, anticipating risks and obstacles.
6. Configure, implement, and update computational design features through coding.
7. Act as a technical liaison between engineers and designers.
8. Contribute to or manage projects by integrating user interface components and developing new component systems.
9. Evaluate the potential and feasibility of new technology, providing feedback to stakeholders.
10. Develop solutions to enable team members to design, execute, or communicate more efficiently.
