As a team, we’re empathetic problem-solvers for both the customer and the business, understanding how business problems are linked to customer problems and vice versa.

Responsibilities:
  • Deliver UX designs based on research and data that address clear customer or business needs, from concept to delivery.
  • Collaborate with Product Owners to understand the problems and set expectations on solutions and timelines.
  • Communicate your work clearly to stakeholders.
  • Build relationships across the business to influence and collaborate proactively, keeping stakeholders updated.
  • Follow the UX process and deliver work on time.
  • Recognize when to seek guidance and support.
Team Collaboration:
  • Implement the UX strategy from a design perspective.
  • Engage in team workshops and share industry developments.
  • Contribute positively to the team dynamic and growth.
  • Ensure a cohesive user experience across designs.
  • Advocate for a customer-centric culture, representing the voice of the customer.
  • Contribute to the development of our Design System.
  • Identify new opportunities to solve business problems.
Minimum Requirements:

Experience with Design Systems and awareness of AA accessibility standards. Proficiency in prototyping tools such as Sketch, Figma, Mural, InVision, and Marvel. Familiarity with Agile methodologies and selecting appropriate processes based on project needs. Ability to utilize the Double Diamond process—Discover, Define, Design, Deliver—and communicate work effectively. Confidence in representing the customer perspective in product discussions.
