Building world class UX Design, Research & Software Development teams

UX/CRO Designer – Fully office based | Manchester | Full-Time (40-50K)

We're looking for a passionate UX/CRO Designer who will want to work with tech for good business. This organisation build SaaS products that change peoples lives for the better saving you so much time! This exciting role will see you design customer journeys where over a million people use the product/software. You'll also have a fantastic amount of autonomy to work with the research team and look under the hood to understand how to solve these problems.

As we scale our digital products, we’re looking for a UX/CRO Designer to join our passionate design team. You’ll focus on optimising our customer journeys and conversion funnels through research-driven, iterative design—working on real products that impact real users.

What You'll Be Doing

80% Design & Research: Lead user research and CRO design across web and mobile products to improve conversion, reduce bounce, and enhance experience.

10% Tooling & Process: Shape the way we work—suggest tools and refine workflows.

10% Growth: Stay sharp and inspired by keeping up with industry trends and developing your skills.

• 2+ years in CRO-focused design roles
• Strong analytical and research skills
• Proficiency in visual design and prototyping tools
• Experience with A/B testing and web analytics platforms
• Agile mindset and collaborative spirit
• Ability to clearly explain design decisions to a range of stakeholders

Tech & Skills Bonus

• Knowledge of interaction design, accessibility, or design systems
• Familiarity with Tailwind CSS, HTML, or JS (nice to have)
• Experience with storytelling and data visualisation
• Strong project management and communication skills
