We have a fantastic opportunity for an accomplished User Experience (UX) Designer to help us embed user-centred design at the core of our work, ensuring our digital and omnichannel services meet the needs of members and colleagues. Main Responsibilities

• Embed and grow our UX design capability, setting standards, processes, and culture
• Design end-to-end omnichannel and digital experiences that meet user needs
• Collaborate internally and externally to ideate, prototype, test, and improve services
• Support UX research through our member panel
• Facilitate cross-functional workshops to identify user needs and solutions
• Create visualisations to communicate current and future services
• Ensure brand-aligned UI consistency across digital platforms
• Work with technical and project teams to optimise technology and processes
• Use data and research to inform UX solutions for business challenges
• Advocate for user-centred design and Design Thinking at senior levels

The Ideal Candidate

• Have extensive experience designing complex omnichannel services or products
• Possess a strong portfolio demonstrating research-led, user-centred design
• Can demonstrate the value of UX/UI design
• Are capable of establishing tools, workflows, and frameworks from scratch

• Have familiarity with contact centre operations and working with operational teams
• Have experience working in a regulated environment
