Job description

We're looking for a talented UX/UI Designer to join our product team and shape the user experience across our platform. You’ll take ownership of design across our merchant and platform-facing products — from on boarding flows and dashboards to internal tools — helping turn complex problems into elegant, intuitive solutions.

This is a high-impact role where your work will be seen and used by leading platforms, marketplaces, and developers on a daily basis.

What You’ll Do

• Own and evolve the UX and UI across Ryft’s core web applications and experiences
• Work with marketing to build and iterate on our website using Webflow
• Design and support A/B testing initiatives to optimise user flows and conversion points
• Collaborate closely with product, engineering, and commercial teams to understand user needs and translate them into clean, user-centric designs
• Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity visuals that balance usability with visual impact
• Establish and maintain a consistent design system across all Ryft products
• Help conduct user research and testing to validate design decisions
• Champion design best practices across the business as we scale
• Contribute to product strategy with a strong design perspective
• Webflow and A/B testing proficiency

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years experience in a UX/UI design role, ideally at a SaaS or fintech company
• Experience with Webflow for building and managing websites
• Familiarity with running and interpreting A/B tests to inform design decisions that deliver CRO
• A strong portfolio showcasing design thinking and end-to-end product design work
• Deep understanding of interaction design, user-centred principles, and accessibility
• Proficiency with Figma and/or similar design tools
• Experience working closely with developers and product managers in agile environments
• Strong communication skills and a proactive mindset
• Bonus: Experience designing for complex B2B or developer-facing tools
