UX Designer

User Experience Designer | Design tools | User Research | Wireframing & Prototyping

Role

We're looking for a passionate UX Designer to work with a tech-for-good business that builds SaaS products improving people's lives and saving time. In this role, you will design customer journeys for a product used by over a million people and collaborate closely with the research team to understand and solve user problems.

You will be supported by a dedicated design team and based in Manchester city centre with a hybrid work model: 4 days in the office and 1 day remote. There is flexibility to negotiate up to an additional 10% for a 5-day in-office schedule. Additionally, 10% of your working week is allocated for personal development.

Responsibilities

• Be a hands-on UX Designer committed to producing high-quality services.
• Apply design thinking, valuing technical solutions and understanding the 'why' behind design choices.
• Be experienced in wireframing, prototyping, visual design, and usability testing.
• As a mid-weight designer, take ownership of specific parts of the product estate, with opportunities to venture into SaaS and product design.
