• Contribute to and leverage design systems and style guides to maintain consistency.

This would be well suited to a user-centred, strategic UX Designer who can confidently lead the entire design lifecycle, from understanding user needs through research to delivering polished experiences ready for development.

Responsibilities:

• Own the end-to-end UX process across web and mobile products, from discovery to delivery
• Translate user insights, business needs, and technical constraints into thoughtful, usable experiences
• Plan and conduct light-to-moderate user research (e.g. user interviews, surveys, usability testing) to validate assumptions and improve designs
