Qualifications

• Experience delivering end-to-end UX design across web and mobile products.
• Strong portfolio showing user-centered thinking and project work.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills; able to defend design decisions.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end UX process from discovery to delivery across web and mobile.
• Translate user insights and business needs into usable interfaces.
• Plan and conduct user research to validate assumptions and improve designs.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and high-fidelity designs.
• Collaborate with product, design, and development teams to ship features.
• Iterate based on feedback, analytics, and team input.
• Contribute to design systems and maintain consistency across products.
• Advocate for the user while balancing business goals.
