Job summary

Morgan Spencer is seeking a talented UX Designer for a Permanent position with a Hybrid work model in the UK gaming sector. You will drive the full UX lifecycle from research to delivery, shaping experiences for a large customer base and close collaboration with Product and Development teams.

The role requires a strong portfolio, experience in online gaming or betting, and proficiency with Figma and Adobe XD. You will contribute to accessible, engaging interfaces and data-driven improvements.

Qualifications

• Experience as a UX Designer in online gaming, iGaming, sports betting or gambling.
• Portfolio demonstrating end-to-end design delivery.
• Proficiency with Figma and Adobe XD.
• Knowledge of UX methodologies and usability principles.
• Experience creating wireframes, user flows and user journey maps.

Responsibilities

• Lead UX design initiatives across web and mobile platforms.
• Conduct user research, analyse insights and translate findings into intuitive user journeys.
• Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes and high-fidelity designs.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Developers and stakeholders throughout the design process.
• Develop and maintain user-centered design solutions balancing customer needs with business goals.
• Facilitate usability testing and incorporate feedback into design improvements.
• Ensure consistency across products through design systems and best practice.
• Present design concepts and recommendations to stakeholders with clarity.

You'll be involved in the full design lifecycle, from research and concept creation through to delivery, helping to shape products used by a large and growing customer base.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead UX design initiatives across web and mobile platforms

Skills & Experience Required

• Proven experience as a UX Designer within the online gaming, iGaming, sports betting or gambling sector
• Strong portfolio demonstrating user-centred design thinking and end-to-end project delivery
• Advanced proficiency in Figma and Adobe XD
• Strong understanding of UX methodologies, user research and usability principles
• Experience creating wireframes, prototypes, user flows and customer journey maps
• Ability to interpret user behaviour and business requirements to develop effective design solutions
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Experience working within agile product development environments would be advantageous
• Passion for creating accessible, engaging and intuitive digital experiences
