Responsibilities:

• Produce high‑quality interface assets, including icons, illustrations and brand‑aligned visuals.
• Maintain visual consistency across all asset types and ensure they meet usability and accessibility standards.
• Own the UI design delivery for product features: user flows, wireframes, prototypes and refined visual designs.
• Iterate based on user insights, analytics and stakeholder feedback.
• Advocate for user‑centred design while balancing business needs and technical constraints.
• Support implementation, ensuring smooth hand‑off and close collaboration with engineering teams.
• Create and maintain a comprehensive white‑label design library using components and design tokens.
• Document components, usage guidelines and visual standards to ensure consistency across brands and platforms.
• Regularly audit the design library to identify gaps, improve structure and ensure alignment with best practices.
• Provide support and guidance to designers using the system.
• Work closely with Research, Product and Engineering teams throughout the design lifecycle.
• Clearly communicate design rationale to teammates and stakeholders.
• Manage your workload effectively, owning your tasks and meeting deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in UX / Product design
• Strong portfolio demonstrating user‑centred design thinking and end‑to‑end project work
• Strong skills in Figma, confident with components, variants and design tokens
• Ability to create polished UI and visual assets (icons, illustrations, etc)
• Solid understanding of UX principles, interaction design and accessibility standards
• Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills

Nice to have:

• Experience working in digital product companies or agile environments
• Experience collaborating in cross‑functional, international teams
• Familiarity with analytics and using data to inform design
