YOUR ROLE.

As a BMW Used Sales Executive, you will play a vital role in delivering premium service and expertise, helping customers find the perfect BMW Approved Used vehicle. You’ll manage the sales process from initial enquiry and test drive to finance options, accessories, and final delivery, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience.

With in-depth knowledge of every model in the range, you’ll act as a brand ambassador, providing expert guidance and fostering lasting relationships. By proactively engaging with both new and returning customers, you’ll work towards achieving sales targets while tailoring solutions to individual needs.

Your role will also involve skillful negotiation, ensuring customers receive the best possible experience, while maintaining accurate and up-to-date documentation.

YOUR PROFILE.

  • Exceptional communication, influencing, and negotiation skills to build lasting relationships.
  • A process-driven approach, strong administration skills, and the ability to thrive under pressure in a competitive environment.
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills to efficiently manage diaries and customer interactions.
  • The ability to develop rapport, understand customer needs, and resolve conflicts calmly and professionally.
  • A results-driven mindset, focused on exceeding targets while maintaining BMW’s high standards of service.
  • Proven automotive sales experience, ideally within a premium brand environment.

SALARY AND HOURS.

Basic salary of 23,000 with a competitive OTE of £60,000 and a company car

Working hours are Monday – Friday, 8.00am–6.00pm, and Saturday, 9.00am–5.00pm, with an agreed day off in the week. Closed on Sundays for a better work-life balance.
