Job summary

BMW Group UK in Farnborough is offering a placement year opportunity as a Used Cars Business Analyst. You will join the Used Cars team to support strategic projects aimed at profitability and volume growth across retailers and customers.

You'll gain hands-on experience in budget raising and reconciliation, industry analysis, and cross-functional collaboration across BMW Group. Applicants must be pursuing an undergraduate degree with a 2:1 or higher and be eligible to work in the UK.

Qualifications

• Actively studying an undergraduate degree with predicted 2:1 or higher.
• Strong analytical and numerical abilities.
• Excellent communication in written and verbal form.

Responsibilities

• Support analysis and implementation of Used Car strategy to increase profitability and retailer engagement.
• Assist with organisation and management of key projects to grow retailer opportunities.
• Research industry trends and analyse data to provide insights for future initiatives.
• Assist with budgeting to fund projects and suppliers.
• Contribute to development of programmes such as audits and mystery shops.
• Collaborate with other departments to understand the BMW Group value chain.
