Job summary

BMW Group Financial Services in Farnborough is offering a Placement Year in Pricing, Product & Performance. You will join the Sales Development team, analyse performance data, and support projects that enhance the retailer and customer experience across the BMW Group network.

Applicants should be pursuing a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and have strong MS Office skills, numeracy, and communication abilities.

Qualifications

• Studying towards a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office – Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong numeracy and literacy with excellent verbal and written communications.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• A self-starter with initiative and drive to succeed.
• Outgoing personality with ability to network across the business.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to Area Managers and actively assist the Retailer experience.
• Build relationships with business areas to boost customer journey engagement.
• Develop and provide reporting insights for Sales Development projects.
• Maintain focus on the Customer Journey across the retailer network.
• Collaborate with Operations to ensure best approach for seamless cooperation.
