Responsibilities

• Plan, monitor, and manage departmental budgets and KPIs.
• Lead and develop the Used Car sales team to hit targets and deliver high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate stock sourcing, pricing, and promotions with the Brand and regional teams.
• Ensure accurate reporting of sales forecasts, deliveries, and registrations.
