Renault London West is looking for an experienced motor retail Used Car Sales Manager to join our dealership’s Used Car Sales department in Brentford, TW8

Renault Retail Group is a national network of automotive dealerships representing the brands Renault, Dacia, Nissan and Alpine. We are Renault’s largest dealer group selling 1 in every 5 Renault in the UK and we are 100% owned by Renault.

The Used Car Sales Manager position will involve management of London West's highly successful Used Car sales team and respective processes. Products include used and nearly-new cars from the entire range of Renault, Nissan and Dacia vehicles, including passenger cars, electric vehicles, LCVs, performance-tuned variants, as well as approved used cars from other makes and manufacturers.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a management-level candidate to join a manufacturer-owned group. Candidates must have a substantial track record in automotive general sales management roles to be considered.

As our Used Car Sales Manager, you will:

• Manage all aspects of used car sales processes according to budgets, company standards, and Group targets
• Manage and develop a team comprising 4 Used Car Sales Executives and 1 Business Manager
• Oversee Business Manager and F&I, add-on sales, and customer-facing processes
• Handle stock and vehicle age management
• Oversee dealership presentation, display, and local marketing
• Provide weekly reports to management and present monthly performance at regional reviews
• Achieve targets related to sales, customer satisfaction, and profit

For this role, you will be/have:

• Eligibility to work in the UK and hold a full valid UK Driving License
• Experience as a Motor Retail Sales Manager
• A proven track record in exceeding targets
