Overview

Join Perrys, one of the UK’s largest Car Dealership Groups, serving customers since 1908 with over 50 branches nationwide. We are official franchised dealers for popular brands including Ford, Kia, Mazda, and Vauxhall. We are looking for a Sales Executive (Customer Advisor) to provide a first-class customer experience.

Compensation and Benefits

  • Basic salary of £25,000 per annum + bonus
  • Pension, life assurance, 30 days holiday (including bank holidays), company discounts, wellbeing support, sales development programme, employee recognition schemes

Work Environment

Enjoy a balanced work schedule with no Sundays, working Monday to Saturday on a 3-week cycle, averaging 41 hours per week, with 1 in 3 weekends off.

Role Responsibilities

  • Engage with customers to understand their needs and support their purchase journey
  • Arrange test drives, discuss finance options, prospect for new customers

Candidate Requirements

  • Good interpersonal skills and a passion for customer service
  • Open to new ideas and fair treatment of customers
  • Full UK Driving Licence
  • Willingness to work Saturdays
