Job summary

Evans Halshaw Ford Kingston is seeking a Sales Executive to join a fast-moving, customer-focused team. A basic salary of £22,000 with an OTE of £42,000 is on offer, with a 40-hour week and the promise of training and progression.

You’ll help customers find their perfect vehicle, upsell services and accessories, and drive the sales process while adhering to FCA regulations. Benefits include 33 days holiday, pension, life assurance and exclusive motor industry discounts.

Qualifications

• Proven sales ability and customer-facing experience.
• Comfort with using computer systems and sales tools.
• Holding a valid UK driving licence and access to a vehicle could be required.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers from first contact and help them select the right vehicle.
• Build product knowledge and represent the Evans Halshaw Ford Kingston brand with pride.
• Drive sales by converting enquiries into appointments and bookings.
• Upsell accessories, extended warranties, and finance options to customers.
• Ensure compliance with FCA regulations in all customer interactions.
