Here's the reality: if you consistently sell around 3 cars a week, you can earn around £52k a year. Our top Sales Executives earn £80k+.
You'll achieve this with a 2-week rotating shift pattern, an average of 5 days a week and you'll only work every other weekend, alongside premium facilities and access to prestige cars at a great staff rate.
You'll start with a competitive salary alongside a realistic and achievable commission structure. As you develop and progress to Senior Sales Executive level, your salary increases, alongside enhanced earning potential and greater reward for performance.
You'll be representing some of the UK's most desirable premium cars, supported by great facilities and a professional, customer-focused environment. Plus, you'll have access to exclusive staff rates on prestige cars, because we believe the people who sell great cars should be able to experience them too.
