Job summary

Perfect Placement UK Ltd is recruiting on behalf of a well-established, family-run dealership in Rugby for a Used Car Sales Executive. The role offers a basic salary of £20,000 with uncapped commission and potential to earn £45,000+ OTE annually, plus full-time hours including weekends on a rota.

You will sell quality used vehicles, handle customer enquiries, build relationships and guide customers through the sales process to deliver a positive experience while aiming to hit and exceed sales

Qualifications

• Previous experience in car sales is preferred; however, trainee candidates will be considered.
• Confident, outgoing personality with excellent communication skills.
• Strong customer service and a positive, can-do attitude.
• Target-driven with focus on earning potential.
• Full UK driving licence is essential.

Responsibilities

• Selling a range of high-quality used vehicles to customers.
• Handling customer enquiries and following up on sales opportunities.
• Building and maintaining strong customer relationships.
