Job summary

Qualifications

- Confident user of Excel; familiarity with automotive sales helpful.
Responsibilities
- Build rapport with customers and assess needs to recommend suitable products and services.
- Negotiate vehicle prices, including potential trade-ins and financing options.
- Calculate payments and terms for finance or cash purchases.
- Maximise sales opportunities to achieve vehicle and profit targets.
- Upsell accessories and aftersales services and maintain customer database.
