Job summary

Hendy Group is seeking a motivated Retail Sales Advisor for the BYD showroom in Tonbridge, Kent. In this full-time role you will build rapport with customers, understand their needs, and guide them from enquiry to handover, including discussing finance options and trade-ins.

You will aim to achieve vehicle sales targets while delivering exceptional customer service; the company offers induction, benefits and a performance bonus package with access to a company vehicle scheme and pension.

Qualifications

• Strong drive to achieve results and deliver exceptional service.
• Ability to build outstanding customer relationships and exceed expectations.
• Confident, professional and personable with excellent communication.
• Comfortable discussing finance and related products.
• Confident Excel user.
• Full UK manual driving licence.
• Subject to pre-employment checks including right to work and DBS checks.

Responsibilities

• Build rapport with customers, understand their needs and recommend suitable vehicles and products.
• Guide customers through the purchasing journey from enquiry to handover.
• Discuss finance options including cash or loans and negotiate price.
• Maximise sales opportunities to hit vehicle sales and profit targets.
• Proactively prospect new and existing customers to grow your database.
• Support sales administrators with processing vehicle orders and finance agreements.
