Job summary

TrustFord Wimbledon is seeking a Used Car Retail Manager to support the sales manager in day-to-day leadership of the sales department. You will inspire your team to deliver on objectives through excellent customer service and robust coaching.

You will lead key areas such as test drives, prospecting and presentation of vehicles, ensuring a compliant and efficient sales process. A full manual driving licence held for at least 6 months is required.

• A full valid manual driving licence held for a minimum period of 6 months.
• Proven experience managing a sales team, meeting sales targets and maximising profitability.
• Excellent leadership, coaching and communication skills with the ability to motivate staff and manage performance.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the sales team to achieve targets and drive profitability.
• Oversee the sales process including test drives, prospecting and vehicle presentations.
• Ensure a compliant and efficient approach to all aspects of the sales cycle.

You will be responsible for delivering all results through a compliant and efficient approach to all aspects of the sales process.
