Evans Halshaw in Chester is seeking a Used Car Business Manager to drive Finance and Insurance opportunities while building outstanding customer relationships and a 5-star CSI. The role offers a £26,000 basic salary with an OTE of £60,000, plus a company car, pension, life assurance and generous holiday.

You will lead a team, meet sales targets and contribute to the growth of the business within Lithia UK’s automotive retail network.

• Work under pressure, set targets and monitor performance against budget.
• Address shortfalls with your team and Sales Manager.
• Provide regular feedback, assess performance and coaching.
