Work is hybrid after completing the Training Academy, with a strong emphasis on leadership, client development and delivering high-value fees in a dynamic new market.

Qualifications

• Proven success in permanent or contract recruitment.
• Experience recruiting within Engineering, Manufacturing, Power & Energy, Oil & Gas or Data Centres.

Responsibilities

• Lead from the front and build your own desk while developing a team as the division expands.
• Develop and own the US Power & Energy offering and roadmap.
• Drive growth through new business, strong client relationships and opportunities.
