Job summary

Fragomen is seeking a US Attorney to support Consular & Document Practice across EMEA. You will provide US immigration law guidance for NIV/IV matters, liaising with US Embassies and Fragomen offices throughout the region.

The role requires US Bar admission and experience in Business Immigration, with opportunities across London, Sheffield, or continental Europe. It offers a dynamic, client-facing environment with a focus on quality and results.

Qualifications

• Must be a member of a US State Bar Association.
• Experience with Business Immigration law.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Demonstrated attention to detail.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with clients and colleagues on complex consular case matters.
• Liaise with US Embassies and Consulates.
• Manage allocated client accounts and matters.
• Supervise paralegal staff in record keeping and document preparation.
• Review documents for legal compliance and quality standards.
• Draft correspondence to clients on complex matters.
• Contribute to improving the Firm’s image and client service.
