We are seeking a motivated individual passionate about children's continence promotion to join our friendly team for a fixed-term position.
Specialist Nurse - Children's Continence Service
This role offers an opportunity to develop skills in care planning for children with bladder and/or bowel dysfunction. It involves caseload management with support from a wider team that also cares for adults with similar conditions.
The successful candidate will work in clinic and office settings, meeting with families face-to-face and handling virtual follow-ups and caseload management.
Good communication skills are essential for liaising with patients, families, and multidisciplinary teams to deliver holistic continence care. Prior experience in continence care is desirable but training can be provided.
This is a fixed-term, part-time role (15 hours/week) for 1 year, with usual hours from 8:30 to 16:30, two days per week, Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays. The primary location is Hollyfield House, with travel to other sites as needed.
