Job summary

GenesisCare UK is expanding its Guildford centre and seeking an experienced Oncology Clinical Nurse Specialist in Urology. You will coordinate patient care, deliver holistic assessments, and work with consultants and the MDT to ensure an exceptional, personalised treatment journey.

You will act as a key worker delivering specialist advice, running nurse-led clinics, and contributing to service development in a brand-new SACT unit. Excellent communication and advocacy are essential.

Qualifications

• Registered nurse with experience in urology cancer care.
• Experience delivering nurse-led clinics and MDT participation.
• Strong communication and patient advocacy skills.

Responsibilities

• Act as primary point of contact for patients throughout treatment.
• Deliver holistic assessments and personalised care plans.
• Provide specialist advice and education to patients and families.
• Run nurse-led clinics and support MDT decision-making.
• Coordinate care pathways and transitions between services.
• Contribute to service development, audits and quality improvement.
