GenesisCare UK is expanding its Guildford centre and seeking an experienced Oncology Clinical Nurse Specialist in Urology. You will coordinate patient care, deliver holistic assessments, and work with consultants and the MDT to ensure an exceptional, personalised treatment journey.

You will act as a key worker delivering specialist advice, running nurse-led clinics, and contributing to service development in a brand-new SACT unit. Excellent communication and advocacy are essential.

• Registered nurse with experience in urology cancer care.
• Experience delivering nurse-led clinics and MDT participation.
• Strong communication and patient advocacy skills.

We are opening our 8th state-of-the-art SACT unit at our Guildford Centre and are growing our team of experienced Oncology Clinical Nurse Specialists, specifically in Urology.

Deliver personalised care where it matters most.

As part of our ongoing commitment to expanding access to high-quality cancer care across the UK, the new service will provide patients with access to a full range of essential cancer treatments including chemotherapy, immunotherapy, and cellular therapy in a modern, purpose-built environment. The centre will also become a research centre, enabling suitable patients to access innovative drug regimes that may not be easily available elsewhere.

This is a unique opportunity to work within a highly specialised oncology environment, delivering expert, compassionate care in a brand-new service.

As a Clinical Nurse Specialist, you will act as a Key Worker for patients, coordinating care and providing expert clinical guidance throughout treatment. You’ll work closely with consultants and the wider MDT to ensure a seamless, personalised patient experience.

What You’ll Have

• Registered Nurse with strong experience in urology cancer care, pre and post diagnosis
• Strong communication and patient advocacy skills
• Ability to work autonomously and within an MDT
• Evidence of continued professional development
• SACT administration experience would be advantageous, but not essential
