Job summary

Access Group (via Changeworknow) is recruiting a live-in care assistant in the Henfield area. The role involves daytime care from 7 to 9, followed by a sleep-in shift, to support clients with complex needs.

The successful candidate will have experience delivering complex care, a valid driving licence and vehicle, and the right to work in the UK (no sponsorship). An enhanced DBS check (or DBS update service) is required.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering complex care to adults or vulnerable individuals.
• Have a reliable vehicle and driving licence.
• Right to work in the UK with no sponsorship provided.
• Knowledge of handling clients with complex needs.
• Experience working with vulnerable children and adults is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Willingness to undergo an enhanced DBS check (or be on the DBS update service).

Responsibilities

• Provide live-in care in the Henfield area with a daytime 7–9 care window followed by a sleep-in shift.
• Ensure client safety, dignity and well-being, and monitor health needs.
