Job summary

HFH Healthcare Limited in Sittingbourne is seeking compassionate and reliable carers with at least 6 months’ experience to support complex care clients in their own homes. This is a live-in role based at a single client’s residence, not a home‑to‑home transfer.

The job involves 3-4 visits per day across an 11‑hour live-in structure, 7 days a week, with a minimum of 24 hours weekly. PAYE, enhanced weekend rates, paid holiday and other benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• Must have at least 6 months’ care experience.
• Based at one client’s residence; not a home-to-home role.
• Carer who is attentive, proactive and up for a challenge.

Responsibilities

• Support complex care clients in their own homes.
• Live-in structure with 3–4 visits/calls per day to the client’s residence.
• Based at a single client’s home and provide care across 7 days a week.
