Job summary

Royal Devon Urgent Community Response Service is looking for dedicated Support Workers to deliver compassionate care across Exeter and surrounding areas. You will support patients at home, promote nutrition and assist in recovery, joining a multidisciplinary team with ongoing training and development.

A valid UK driving licence and access to a vehicle are essential, with flexible shifts including weekends and evenings at enhanced rates.

Qualifications

• Must hold Level 3 Diploma / NVQ 3 in Health and Social Care or equivalent.
• Competent with IT and electronic recording is essential.
• A clean UK driving licence and access to a vehicle is essential and must be stated clearly in your application.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care and support to patients.
• Promote nutritional needs and assist in recovery and journey to better health.
• Care across Exeter and outlying areas, contributing to timely discharges from hospital.
