Job summary

City Health Care Partnership CIC in Goole invites an Urgent Care Practitioner to join a multidisciplinary team. You will assess and manage patients with minor injuries and illnesses, providing timely treatment and appropriate referrals in a busy urgent care setting.

You’ll work with experienced colleagues to deliver safe, high-quality care, contribute to clinical audits and service improvement, and support junior colleagues while maintaining patient-centred practice.

Qualifications

• Registered clinician with experience managing minor injuries or illness.
• Strong clinical assessment and decision-making abilities.
• Patient-centred care with good communication and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Assess, examine and manage patients with undiagnosed or acute needs.
• Diagnose and treat minor injuries and illnesses within scope.
• Refer patients to ensure safe ongoing care.
• Support clinical audit and service improvement activities.
• Act as a role model and guide junior colleagues.
