Job summary

City Health Care Partnership CIC (CHCP) is seeking a Band 6 nurse/paramedic for an Integrated Urgent Care role at Bransholme Urgent Treatment Centre in Hull. The post is permanent, full-time (37.5 hours per week) with a salary ranging from £39,959 to £48,117 per year.

The successful applicant will assess, treat and manage a wide range of urgent health needs, provide telephone triage and face-to-face consultations, and work within multidisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality, patient-centred

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse or Paramedic with current NMC or HCPC registration.
• Degree-level qualification or significant relevant clinical experience.
• Experience working in urgent, acute or primary care settings.
• Strong assessment, communication and decision-making skills.
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a multidisciplinary team.
• Commitment to evidence-based practice and patient-centred care.

Responsibilities

• Assess, examine and manage patients presenting with urgent illnesses and injuries.
• Deliver telephone triage, clinical advice and face-to-face consultations.
• Develop treatment plans, provide health education and make referrals.
• Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to support seamless patient care.
• Maintain accurate patient records and contribute to service development and quality improvement initiatives.
