• Provide assessment, treatment and follow up of patients with undifferentiated diagnosis and make referrals as needed
• Deliver a range of services in a one-stop-shop setting, including prescribing where applicable
• Perform practical procedures and extended nursing tasks following training
• Maintain accurate records of consultations and participate in audits and service development
