Integrated Care 24 Ltd in Ipswich is seeking an Operational Navigator to join our urgent care Operations team on a part-time weekends only basis. You will coordinate clinical resources and manage patient pathways, delivering high-quality telephone support to colleagues and patients.

You will manage patient queues, dispatch calls to clinicians, and provide empathetic, calm assistance while maintaining data accuracy.

Qualifications

• Proven communication and listening skills.
• Calm telephone manner with callers.
• Computer literacy and quick system learning.
• Ability to prioritise and stay composed under high workload.
• Empathetic, tactful and discreet communication.
• Flexible, self-motivated and able to use initiative.
• Team-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
• Contact centre or urgent care experience is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional telephone support to colleagues and patients.
• Accurately record information and manage patient queues.
• Dispatch calls to clinicians across regions and platforms.
• Make comfort calls and handle urgent call-backs.
• Support service managers with performance and KPI delivery.
• Monitor service levels and adapt to fluctuating demand.
• Share operational updates with relevant teams.
• Follow policies including GDPR and safeguarding.
