Job summary

Faversham Medical Practice is seeking an Urgent Treatment Centre Clinical and Operations Manager to lead our UTC team. The role covers clinical and operational leadership, governance, and development of services at the UTC base in Faversham.

The successful candidate will oversee safe patient care, implement audits, manage staffing rosters and liaise with GPs and management to deliver strategic priorities. An independent prescribing qualification is beneficial but not essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in urgent care management and leadership.
• Experience with audits and clinical governance.
• Knowledge of prescribing and PGD processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead clinical and operational delivery of UTC services.
• Manage UTC rota and staffing.
• Represent the UTC at meetings and ensure quality and safety.
• Oversee audits and incident reviews.
