Responsibilities

• Handle calls into the Urgent Care Contact Centre.
• Direct patient flow according to clinical need.
• Escalate incidents, complaints, safeguarding issues as required.
• Ensure handovers are robust at shift end with vital updates.
• Log information accurately in clerical systems.
