Job summary

Operose Health is seeking an Advanced Nurse Practitioner/Advanced Clinical Practitioner in Croydon for 36 hours across 1-4 days per week. The role offers up to £60,000 annually plus a £5,000 signing bonus.

• Experienced nurse with advanced practice scope and safe decision-making.
• Independent and Supplementary Prescriber required.
• NMC registered with advanced practice requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide care for presenting patient from initial history taking clinical assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and evaluation of care.
• Demonstrate safe, clinical decision-making and expert care for patients within the general practice.
• Work with the practice team to meet patient needs and provide nurse leadership as required.
